The second payment: freight, measured, with a deadline
Parcel checkout pays for international freight and selected services. Packed measurements, route billing rules and the account’s storage deadline matter before you submit.
Submitting the waybill: where the parcel is designed
In User Center, My Warehouse, you tick the stored items that may travel together, then build the box on one screen: shipping address, remove-tags and remove-packaging toggles, priced packing add-ons, and the logistics line list with per-line notes on taxes and what each route refuses to carry. If the system will not combine items, read the displayed reason. A goods restriction, item status or parcel condition may need attention; the failed action alone does not establish the cause.
Line choice is the real decision. Routes differ in price, speed, battery and liquid rules, and weight ceilings, and the official estimator quotes them all without an account. Use an estimate while planning, then update it with warehouse measurements. Final packed weight and dimensions can still change the billed amount.

Paying: estimate now, measurement wins later

Parcel checkout covers international freight and selected services. A packaging article mentions CNY 8 and a declaration article separately mentions generally CNY 8; the retained material does not establish whether both apply as distinct lines. Do not infer a CNY 16 total. Check the actual invoice, insurance selection, packing extras and any eligible coupon.
Because freight is charged on the packed, re-weighed parcel, the final figure can land above or below the on-screen estimate. Overpaid difference returns to your account balance after shipment, per the tutorial's own step six. Underpaid difference stops the parcel until you top it up, which is the operator's stated reason for recommending a balance cushion.

Dispatch: the last hours in the warehouse's hands
The retained help gives indicative dispatch and carrier-pickup intervals, including working-day qualifications. A Friday submission does not guarantee Monday pickup, and handover does not prove the parcel has left China. Read the actual parcel record and carrier events.
If a submitted parcel returns to storage, read the actual reason: size, goods restrictions and carrier acceptance are different issues. Do not confuse a warehouse dispatch problem with a destination carrier’s failed-delivery event. Use the relevant parcel record and the support checklist before changing the route or paying again.

The 100-day ceiling on thinking about it
Normal storage is stated as 100 days from In storage, with a day-90 reminder; abnormal unmatched packages use 60 days from Signed for. The retained extension price is CNY 10 per OG order per 30 days. Arrange any extension before expiry and confirm the revised account deadline. A mentioned cooling-off period is not guaranteed additional free storage; abandoned goods may be disposed of under the applicable terms.
In custody terms this is the only stage where doing nothing is itself a decision. The seller shipped, the courier delivered, the warehouse measured; from here every passing week is you, holding the goods by proxy, paying with calendar instead of cash.

Two closing notes. Kako Insurance is bought at this same submission screen, per route, with published compensation terms: eligible delay cover describes 20 percent of freight after a route-dependent 30/40-day threshold, subject to exclusions and claims requirements. And if you are reading this page before your first order, the sequence starts at the other end: create the account, review the complete item and parcel costs before deciding to buy.
Confirm every selected item before combining
Start with the warehouse rows you actually intend to ship. Check that each is ready, its QC decision is resolved and the route accepts its particular contents. A battery item or fragrance can change the options for a box otherwise filled with clothing. The route must fit the whole parcel, not just its heaviest item.
If you compare splitting the order, price each resulting parcel with its own packing, minimum charge and accepted coupon. Keep storage deadlines for the items left behind. A cheaper first box does not establish a cheaper complete shipment.
