About this site, and about the agent behind the orders
One page for both kinds of trust: who writes this guide, and which company identities the operator publishes and what remains to verify in your payment terms.
What Kakobuy is, on paper
Kakobuy is a shopping agent. You point it at a Chinese listing; it purchases the item, takes the delivery at its own warehouse, photographs and weighs what arrived, and holds it until you order the international leg. The tutorial names Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD in its import examples. That is not an exhaustive coverage guarantee; try the actual link and use the manual form if needed, after checking its conditions.
The printed company details are worth copying down once: EVERYDAY GO INC, 1500 N Grant St #11646, Denver CO 80203, US, and on the operator’s UK company details ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, company number 16947583, Beckenham, UK. Support runs a live chat 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, BST, plus [email protected] by mail. The retained site offered multiple interface languages and display currencies, and the storefront runs in a browser, an iOS app, and an Android APK linked from the official footer.
Why buyers pick this agent, said honestly
Most of what this agent does, every agent does: receive, photograph, consolidate, ship. Judge those table stakes on execution, not on marketing adjectives.
Potential reasons to consider the service include the stated buying-service fee model, published buyer hours and normal storage policy. Compare the complete payable cost and actual destination routes. The two CNY 8 descriptions have an unresolved relationship; normal storage is 100 days from In storage and abnormal unmatched storage 60 days from Signed for, with paid extension subject to the account deadline.
When should you pick someone else? If most of your buying happens on niche platforms outside the big four plus the Weidian group, the weekday-only desk erases the schedule advantage. If you need functional testing on electronics, this inspection explicitly checks appearance only. And if you want a warehouse on a specific continent, this one is in Xiamen, China, full stop.
Who writes this, and what the site will not do
This is an independent, single-topic guide to the Kakobuy Spreadsheet, maintained in English by the site contact address [email protected]. Links may carry referral attribution and may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This independent site is not operated by Kakobuy and cannot access orders or accounts. Every number is sourced from the operator's tutorial, help centre or dated announcements, and each page states its capture month.
This guide distinguishes published guidance, dated examples and unresolved differences. Official PayPal articles disagree, so both are explained instead of selecting one guaranteed fee. The site does not rank agents or take payment; catalogue links aid discovery, and actual ordering happens on Kakobuy.
For corrections: mail the address above with a URL and what you saw. Dated policy shifts land on the updates page.
How the screenshots on this site are handled
Images show official interface examples or artwork retained in the source pack. Tutorial originals are reproduced uncropped; their interface values and labels are historical examples. Where a screen displays money, the caption says so: those are the operator's example values from its demo account, including the older towel checkout, not live prices. Where the original image carries an operator typo, the typo stays and the caption flags it, because a guide that silently cleans up its sources cannot be checked against them.
If a screen changes upstream, the screenshot ages honestly: the capture month stays printed, and a later review can decide whether a new capture is needed. Ready to see the real screens instead? Create the account and compare them against this page.
